With more than a decade of experience in high-performance sales, negotiations, and relationship management, Lafayette has built a reputation for disciplined execution, strategic thinking, and developing lasting partnerships. Throughout his career, he has advised clients through significant financial decisions, refined his expertise in complex negotiations, and developed a leadership style centered on trust, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Lafayette attended Orange Coast College while pursuing collegiate basketball, an experience that reinforced the principles of discipline, resilience, teamwork, and perseverance. Those lessons continue to shape his leadership approach and commitment to building organizations capable of sustained long-term success.

Recognizing the significant demographic shift occurring within the veterinary profession, Lafayette saw an opportunity to address one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: succession planning for independent practice owners.
