Dr. Pamelar Hale, MBA, JM, is a graduate of Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. Over her career, she has held significant leadership roles such as Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer, focusing on operations, startups, and firm building within the veterinary industry. She possesses an MBA from St. George’s University and a Juris Master’s degree from Florida State University.
Dr. Hale is an active member of both the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. She also served on the Dean’s Council for Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine and recently joined the board of the Society of Veterinary Medical Ethics (SVME). Dr. Hale also served on the American Veterinary Medical Association Trust from 2018-2025.
As the co-founder of VetLeader Coaching, Dr. Hale is a published author and a respected speaker. She has mentored numerous veterinarians, helping them excel in their careers. Dr. Hale lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, Charles, a retired USAF veteran, and their six dogs.
